I have a gift for helping people to understand how they tick, why they react the way they do, and what 'Jules' JoyShots' will help them to bring their living to life! These are simple tools, techniques and practices that you can implement into your daily routine to improve your health and happiness.
I’m a trailblazer in my field, cutting through the negativity that surrounds mental and emotional health; giving people back the power and the positivity that both a conditioned society and ‘the system’ can so often strip them of. I share my own mental health struggles openly and am passionate about others accessing the level of emotional freedom that I have today.
I have a talent for synthesising the latest neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, laughter therapy, behavioural science and somatic psychology into a simple language that people can easily understand. I then present this knowledge to audiences in a fun, interactive and high energy presentation, or as part of my 'LIVE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT' mentoring programmes or my newest online courses and Happiness Tool-kits.
I've spent the last 20 years exploring and experimenting with the science and spirituality of happiness and I'm now regarded as an expert in my field.
I'm the the founder of Big Happiness CIC ( formerly known as The Big Happiness Experiment) and our Big Happiness Training Academy deliver training and programmes on Self Intelligence™ to companies, trainers, schools and individuals seeking a happier and more meaningful life. I'm a resident expert on BBC radio and have been featured on TV on both ITV and BBC. I've written articles for Psychologies, Top Sante and Woman and am an author of 4 books that were commissioned by the RAF to support families with their mental and emotional resilience.
